|Common Yellowthroat at Fort DeSoto during Migration|
Common YellowthroatWho was that masked man? I was at Fort DeSoto and I was watching some leaves jiggle in that manner that lets you know there is a bird there. I couldn't see it, but during migration my mind went to all kinds of exciting species that it could be. Eventually this little face popped up.
The Common Yellowthroat of course. Perhaps not very exciting from a birding point-of-view, but always nice to get a shot of the 'bandit'! Anyone else have experiences like that out in the field?
